Trussville

Take a drive through Trussville, AL and you will notice the Cahaba River winding through the town as well as the gorgeous tree line streets. The pride of the community is the Cahaba Village Historic District which is Trussville's first planned development and home to 287 residential units consisting of triplexes, duplexes and single family homes. Trussville is known for its churches and schools as well as the 75 restaurants that now reside there.


The demographic of Trussville is multi-generational due to the many activities available for all ages. Boasting a strong sense of family, many people who grew up in Trussville choose to stay and raise a family.


The AB Team's favorite part of Trussville  is the Entertainment District which is a new area that has shops, restaurants, an outdoor stage, outdoor pavilion, green space, and features live music!

Vestavia Hills

Living in Vestavia Hills offers the luxury of convenience! Located just a 10 minute drive from downtown Birmingham, those who live in Vestavia Hills can enjoy the quiet family neighborhood while still being able to enjoy all that Birmingham has to offer.


Best known for its wide variety of retail shopping, Vestavia Hills is also home to many subdivisions, nature preserves, sports complexes and an abundance dining options. The AB Team's favorite dining option is the Crumbl Cookies location here!

280 Corridor/

Inverness

For those looking for a mixture of suburban and city life, the Inverness/280 Corridor is the perfect fit!  Most of Inverness falls within Hoover’s city limits, while some parts fall into unincorporated Shelby County. Highway 280, which runs through Inverness which is why it is sometimes referred to as the 280 corridor.


Many of the homes in Inverness were built in the 1970's and 1980's and while it's not uncommon for newcomer's to purchase homes from the original homeowner, Inverness is currently experiencing quite an influx of young families and professionals bringing new life into the neighborhood with trendy new curb appeal and home renovations. These great family-friendly neighborhoods are the AB Team's favorite thing about Inverness!


Inverness is known for it's restaurants, shopping, and the upcoming Inverness Greenway which links Veterans Park on Valleydale Road with a 77-acre nature park. Inverness Greenway is expected to be complete sometime in 2022.


Chelsea

The city of Chelsea, AL is located about 30 minutes south of downtown Birmingham and is considered part of the Birmingham Metropolitan area. The AB team loves that Chelsea is a small town, but is within close proximity to everything that Birmingham has to offer!


Known for it's top ranked school systems, Chelsea, AL is home to many young families. The Chelsea motto is "it's all about family" and that motto holds true with all of the great family focused events and activities available. The Chelsea Sports Complex is a 29-acre park that houses a pavilion, playground, soccer field, three softball fields, a football field and a walking trail. Chelsea many community events like the annual Christmas parade and the ChelseaFest and the Big KaBoom which is an event Chelsea residents look forward to all year long for the music, food trucks and fireworks.

Mountain Brook

Located in a quiet enclave on the outskirts of Birmingham, Mountain Brook is often referred to as the "tiny kingdom" and its residents are often called "brookies." If you're looking for the best upscale shopping, fine dining, spa facilities, and greenspaces that the Birmingham area has to offer you have come to the right place. Mountain Brook is also home to the Birmingham Zoo and the Birmingham Botanical gardens which is the AB Team's favorite thing about it!


Mountain Brook has highly ranked school systems and is a great place to raise a family. Many people born and raised in Mountain Brook stay and raise their families there as well.
